Outside of work, Rachael enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends, and playing, snuggling, and laughing with her granddaughter Lennon, her favourite little person and the best part of any day.
Debbie Tweedy, CPA, Senior Associate
Debbie brings a long-standing track record of successfully supporting clients with warmth, professionalism, and deep expertise. She’s well known throughout the business community and is a steady, trusted presence on the team. She finds great satisfaction in helping clients gain financial clarity and supporting their long-term success.
When she’s not working, Debbie enjoys keeping life simple and meaningful – most often in the company of her family.

Chloe is often the first friendly face you see when you walk through our doors in the Charlottetown office. She plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly whether she’s coordinating with clients, managing schedules, or making sure everything behind the scenes is organized and efficient. Chloe loves the small team environment at Rachael A. Mella, CPA and the opportunity to work closely with her colleagues every day.
Margo Stewart, Accounting Technician
Margo is known for her calm, can-do approach. She values the sense of teamwork at the firm and finds it especially rewarding to support clients so they can focus on running and growing their businesses. She brings consistency, care, and a down-to-earth energy to everything she does.
When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her outside walking or tending to her garden.
Ruby Nicholson, Accounting Technician
Ruby brings energy and curiosity to everything she does. She thrives on the challenge and variety that comes with supporting a range of businesses and individuals, and she loves that no two days are ever the same. She’s proud of how much she’s learned about accounting and finance and how that knowledge allows her to better support clients with clarity and care.
Outside of work, Ruby describes her life in one phrase: living her best life!
Sherry Sheppard, Administrative Assistant
Sherry has been a key part of the team, keeping things organized behind the scenes and helping clients with everything from data entry and sorting receipts, to emailing tax returns and finding the information they need.
She finds it especially rewarding to support clients who may not have easy access to technology, making sure they feel looked after and appreciated. Sherry takes pride in being part of a team that helps people feel less overwhelmed during tax time.
When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her spending time with family, tackling DIY projects, or grabbing a Robin’s coffee and heading out to explore PEI’s back roads!
